Not getting validation, password reset, or Traxsource emails?

Email providers like AOL, ATT, Btinternet, Hotmail, Outlook, and Sbcglobal are notorious for putting our emails into your junk or spam folder. So please check here first (regardless of your email server) if you're not receiving our notifications.

We also recommend that you add traxsource.com to your 'Approved Sender' list.

Outlook Email users, please note:

We highly recommend pro-actively adding Traxsource to Outlook's 'Safe senders' list.

Here's how to add traxsource.com to your 'Safe senders' list in your mail settings:

1. Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings (on bottom) > Mail > Junk Mail > Safe senders and domains > Add > `Traxsource.com` > SAVE

Then all traxsource.com emails will arrive!

Here's how add traxsource.com to your 'Safe senders' list from your inbox:

1. Click on the three-point icon on the top right of your email. (image below)

2. Click 'Add to Safe senders' from the drop-down menu.

Then all traxsource.com emails will arrive!
