The Downloader is giving me an error?

If you're receiving an error inside the Traxsource Downloader (like in the image below), we're very sorry for the trouble, but we can help!

Please note: You can also download your music via your computer's browser
or download via Dropbox. And no matter what, we will always make sure we get you your music.


Here's what to do:

Simply click the blue 'Copy to clipboard' button to copy the error.

3. Paste the data by right clicking on your computer and selecting 'Paste' inside an email message. (Paste Shortcut: Ctrl+V on PC and Command+V: on Mac) 

This will allow us to review the issue you're experiencing and get you a solution.
